摘要
以承德北部山区为例,针对山区内小流域治理,河流生态、水土保持等特点,将水文气象、土地土壤、地形地貌、林业农业等相关因素进行了分析,按照适宜、高效水土资源条件,提出了梯田开发、减缓田面坡度,逐步变成水平梯田的“坡渐平”动态改良方式,以及“坡改梯+集雨水窖的坡地开发模式,实现了增加土壤涵养水,减少水土流失的目的。
Taking northern Chengde mountain for example,in view of the mountain area of small watershed management,characteristics of river ecosystem,soil and water conservation,the soil,landform,hydrology and meteorology,land agriculture forestry and other related factors are analyzed,in accordance with the appropriate and efficient water and soil resources,puts forward the terrace development,slow down the surface slope,gradually become level terrace slope "flat" gradually improved dynamic way,and "terrance + small catchment pit slope development pattern,implements the increased soil water conservation,reduce water loss and soil erosion.
