Objective To observe the effect of injection at sites plus acupuncture points on Gross Motor Function of 1 3 years old children with cerebral palsy. Methods We selected 60 children with cerebral palsy from January 2013 to August 2015 in my department (1 3 years old) were divided into treatment group ( n =30),conventional treatment group( n =30).conventional treatment group was administered with routine comprehensive rehabilitation, and the treatment group was administered with injection at sites plus acupuncture points on the basis of routine therapy (1 time every other day,10 times as a course of treatment),Gross motor function measure 88(GMFM 88)was applied for assessment before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, the scores of GMFM 88 had no significant difference between treatment group and conventional treatment group( t =0.157, P >0.05).There was a significant difference of post treatment between treatment group and conventional treatment group ( t =10.758, P <0.01).The differences of pre and post treatment were more remarkable in treatment group than that in conventional treatment group( t =-5.786, P <0.01). Conclusion Injection at sites plus acupuncture points therapy for 1 3 years may significantly improve gross motor function of children with cerebral palsy.
