侧脑室三角区脑膜瘤显微外科手术疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of microsurgical operation in the lateral ventricle trigonometric meningioma

目的分析侧脑室三角区脑膜瘤患者采取显微外科手术(神经导航辅助)治疗的效果。方法选取2014-01—2017-12下同到大连市中心医院治疗的50例侧脑室三角区脑膜瘤患者,将患者随机分为2组。观察组25例,在神经导航辅助下进行肿瘤切除手术,对照组25例,采取常规肿瘤切除手术。结果治疗后观察组视野缺损者明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后暂时出现失语症2例,对照组8例,6个月后随访已恢复正常,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2周、3个月,观察组KPS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经导航辅助下手术能够有效保护视野,降低术后功能障碍发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of microsurgery (neural navigation assisted) treatment in patients with meningioma in the lateral ventricle triangle. Methods 50 cases of meningioma in the lateral ventricle,which were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017,were studied.All the patients were randomly divided into two groups.In the observation group,25 cases were treated with neuronavigation assisted tumor resection,and 25 cases in the control group were treated with conventional tumor resection. Results After treatment,the number of visual field defects in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group ( P <0.05);in the observation group,2 patients appeared temporarily aphasia after the operation.In the control group,8 patients had transient aphasia.After 6 months follow up,it had returned to normal.There was no significant difference ( P >0.05).After 3 months,the KPS score in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion Under the aid of neuronavigation,microsurgical operation can effectively protect the visual field and reduce the incidence of postoperative dysfunction.
