经皮穿刺微球囊压迫术治疗药物难治性三叉神经痛的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of percutaneous microsphere compression in the treatment of refractory trigeminal neuralgia

目的 探讨经皮穿刺微球囊压迫(PBC)治疗药物难治性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析郑州大学第五附属医院2017-10—2018-09采用PBC治疗的59例药物难治性三叉神经痛患者的临床资料及疗效。结果 本组有效率98.3%,术后患者的情绪得到明显改善。术后住院3~7d,平均4.8d,无严重手术并发症。结论 PBC是药物难治性三叉神经痛有效的微创治疗方法,尤其对于高龄患者更有优势。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous microcapsule compression (PBC) in the treatment of refractory trigeminal neuralgia. Methods The clinical data and efficacy of 59 patients with refractory trigeminal neuralgia treated with PBC were analyzed retrospectively from the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2017 10 to 2018 09. Results The effective rate of this group was 98.3%,and the postoperative patient's mood was significantly improved.Postoperative hospitalization was 3 to 7 days,with an average of 4.8 days.There were no serious surgical complications. Conclusion PBC is an effective minimally invasive treatment for refractory trigeminal neuralgia,especially for elderly patients.
