突发性脑出血的急诊救治分析

Analysis of emergency treatment of sudden cerebral hemorrhage

目的 分析对突发性脑出血患者进行就诊救治的临床效果。方法 选择2017-02―2018-11郑州大学第一附属医院急诊科收治的70例突发性脑出血患者,依据发病至急救时间分为A组(n=35)与B组(n=35),A组时间<15min,B组时间≥15min,均接受急诊救治,观察统计脑出血量、MEWS评分、并发症发生率、病死率以及临床治疗优良率情况,并予以比较评价。结果 A组脑出血量以及MEWS评分、并发症发生率、病死率均显著优于B组(P<0.05);A组与B组临床治疗优良率分别为94.29%、80.00%,A组显著优于B组(P<0.05)。结论 突发性脑出血在进行临床救治时需结合其实际病情进行准确的诊断及治疗,尽可能的争取时间,从而改善患者预后,提升治疗效果。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of treatment for patients with sudden cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Data were collected from February 2017 to November 2018.Seventy patients with sudden cerebral hemorrhage admitted to emergency department of our hospital were divided into group A ( n =35) and group B ( n =35).The time of group A was less than 15 minutes and the time of group B was no less than 15 minutes.All patients received emergency treatment.The amount of cerebral hemorrhage,MEWS score and complications were observed and counted.The morbidity,mortality and excellent rate of clinical treatment were compared and evaluated. Results Compared with the amount of cerebral hemorrhage and MEWS score,the results showed that group A was significantly better than group B ( P <0.05);the incidence of complications and mortality were significantly better in group A than in group B ( P <0.05);the excellent and good rates of clinical treatment in group A and group B were 94.29% and 80.00%,respectively,and the comparison results showed that group B was higher ( P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with sudden cerebral hemorrhage,in the clinical treatment,it is necessary to carry out accurate diagnosis and treatment according to the actual condition,and strive for time as much as possible to help improve the prognosis,improve the treatment effect and ensure life safety.
