摘要
为研究米勒循环气体发动机机涡轮壳内表面的温度分布,建立涡轮壳内表面温度与发动机废气温度的关系,通过数值模拟方法建立某型号涡轮增压器的涡轮机有限元模型,采用CFX软件对涡轮增压器涡轮壳进行流-固耦合温度场分析。通过仿真获得涡轮壳体温度场分布,仿真结果表明,最高温度位于放气阀门孔附近,最低温度位于出口法兰。
In order to observe the inner skin temperature of the turbine housing, correlate the inner skin temperature to exhaust gas temperature, the turbo finite element model is built by means of numerical simulation. CFX software is used for fluid-structure interaction simulation of temperature field of the turbine housing,and the fluid boundary conditions are given by the turbocharger performance testing. The temperature field results are obtained in the simulation.The region closest to the wastegate poppet valve shows the highest temperature,while the turbine outlet flange shows the lowest temperature.
