摘要
以某轻型柴油机为例,对爆压提升后缸孔的变形进行仿真和试验,研究缸孔变形对活塞漏气和机油消耗的影响。结果表明,仿真与测试结果一致。根据发动机缸体的特点有针对性地提出减小缸孔变形的改进方案,并通过仿真计算证明改进方案的有效性。
A diesel engine of light duty is taken as an example to analyze the deformation of cylinder bore after explosion pressure increased by simulation. The consistency between simulation result and experiment result is certified. The influence of cylinder bore deformation on piston air leakage and oil consumption is analyzed, and an improved design scheme to reduce the deformation of cylinder bore is proposed according to the characteristics of cylinder block. The effectiveness of the improved design scheme is proved by simulation.
