田园综合体的多元利益主体和谐共生机制研究——基于共生理论视角

Research on the Multiple Stakeholders of Pastoral Complex :From the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory

参与田园综合体建设运营的利益主体众多、利益关系复杂,他们之间能否和谐共生是田园综合体可持续发展的关键。文章以田园综合体经营阶段涉及的主要利益主体—政府、村民、经营主体及游客为研究对象,对他们的利益诉求及利益关系进行深入分析。基于共生理论,分析了田园综合体共生单元、共生模式及共生环境,研究了不同阶段的共生特征。从健全政策保障机制、利益平衡调节机制、信息共享反馈机制及主体吸引培育机制方面,提出了推进田园综合体多利益主体和谐共生机制建设的举措。

There are many stakeholders involved in the construction and operation of the pastoral complex, and their interests are complex. Whether they can coexist harmoniously or not is the key to the sustainable development of the pastoral complex. This paper takes the main stakeholders involved in the management stage of the pastoral complex -- government, villagers, business owners and tourists as the research objects, and makes a thorough analysis of their interests and interests. Based on Symbiosis theory, the symbiosis unit, model and environment of pastoral complex were analyzed, and the symbiosis characteristics of different stages were studied. From the aspects of perfecting policy guarantee mechanism, interest balance adjustment mechanism, information sharing feedback mechanism and cultivation mechanism of subject attraction, this paper puts forward some measures to promote the construction of harmonious coexistence mechanism of multi-stakeholders in pastoral complex.
