艾迪注射液治疗癌症化疗患者癌因性疲乏的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Aidi Injections in the Treatment of Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy with Cancer-related Fatigue

目的:观察艾迪注射液治疗癌症化疗患者癌因性疲乏的临床疗效。方法:本院收治的伴癌因性疲乏的癌症化疗患者48例,随机分为化疗组和联合给药组,每组24例,化疗组单纯给予化疗,联合给药组给予化疗与艾迪注射液,治疗2周期后评估临床疗效、疲乏程度和生活质量。结果与结论:与化疗组相比,联合给药组不影响疾病控制率;可显著降低患者BFI评分、提高患者生活质量。艾迪注射液能够明显改善患者化疗后的疲乏状态,并提高生活质量。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Aidi injections in treatment of patients undergoing chemotherapy with cancer-related fatigue. Methods: Forty-eight patients undergoing chemotherapy with cancer-related fatigue in our hospital were randomly divided into chemotherapy group and co-treatment group, 24 cases in each group. Patients in the chemotherapy group were given chemotherapy alone, and those in the co-treatment group were treated with combination of chemotherapy and Aidi injections. After two-cycle treatments, efficacy, fatigue and quality of life between the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: Compared with the chemotherapy group, the co-treatment group resulted in similar disease control rate with significantly decreased brief fatigue inventory scores and enhanced life quality. Conclusion: Aidi injections can significantly ameliorate the fatigue of patients after chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.
