摘要
以稻壳为基质,在微波辅助条件下对其进行黄原酸化改性,以期强化其对Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附效果。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对改性稻壳进行表征。改性稻壳对Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附实验表明:吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温线模型和准二级动力学模型,在20 min内可达到对Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附平衡,吸附容量达到150. 95 mg/g。经5次循环再生后,其对镉的吸附容量仍可达到初始值的96. 98%。基于微波辅助制备的黄原酸化改性稻壳原材料来源广、制备时间短、吸附容量高、再生能力强,可用于水体中Cd2+的去除。
In this paper, xanthic acid modification on rice husk was conducted under microwave assistance, in order to strengthen its adsorption effect on Cd(Ⅱ).The modified rice husk was characterized by SEM and FTIR.The Cd(Ⅱ) adsorption on modified rice husk was found to follow Langmuir isotherm model and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The modified rice husk could realize adsorption equilibrium of Cd(Ⅱ) within 20 min with the adsorption capacity being up to 150.95 mg/g.After 5 times of cyclic regeneration, it still retained more than 96.98% of its original adsorption capacity for cadmium.Overall, the xanthic acid modified rice husk prepared under micro-wave assistance has the advantages of abundant raw materials, short preparation time, high adsorption capacity and strong regeneration ability, and it could be used for the elimination of Cd^2+ from water.
