废旧晶体硅太阳能电池资源化现状 被引量:8

RECYCLING STATUS OF WASTE CRYSTALLINE SILICON SOLAR CELLS

摘要 在能源紧缺的当下,太阳能的利用很大程度上减轻了能源负担。随着近年来光伏产业的加速发展,太阳能电池数量也呈现快速增长的趋势,太阳能电池报废后的资源化回收将是研究热点。对太阳能光伏市场的发展情况和晶体硅太阳能电池的结构与组成进行了介绍,总结了废旧晶体硅太阳能电池的资源化技术和特点,并提出了废旧晶体硅太阳能电池资源化处理所面临的关键问题。 Nowadays, under the condition of energy shortage, wide utilization of solar-energy has greatly alleviated burden for energy consumption.With the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry in recent years, the amount of solar cells also increases dramatically as a consequence, and simultaneously, the recycling of waste solar cells will become a research hotspot.Therefore, marketing development status of photovoltaic industry and the structure and composition of crystalline silicon solar cells were introduced separately, and the recycling technologies and its characteristics of waste crystalline silicon solar cells were summarized, and several key issues confronted in recycling waste crystalline silicon solar cells were put forward.
