基于BV CLEANSHIP船级符号要求的一种挖泥船艉轴密封系统研究

简要地介绍和研究了基于BV CLEANSHIP船级符号要求的一种挖泥船特有的艉轴密封系统。该系统在常规艉密封装置的油密封腔之后设置一道自动调压式气密封腔,以防滑油泄漏。同时,挖泥船工作时艉密封装置附近的海水含大量泥沙,为了避免含泥沙海水的侵入而造成唇密封磨损,在气密封腔之后又设置一道淡水冲洗腔,用持续的淡水冲洗来隔离海水和泥沙,减少密封系统的磨损,延长使用寿命。

A special sterntube sealing system based on the BV CLEANSHIP class notation requirements is briefly introduced and studied.The system has designed an automatically pressure regulated air sealing chamber immediate after oil sealing chamber so as to prevent lube oil leakage.Moreover,when the dredger is working,the seawater near the sealing device contains a lot of sediment.In order to avoid the intrusion of the sediment-containing seawater,which cause the abrasion of lip seal,a fresh water flushing chamber is set up after the air-sealed chamber,and the continuous fresh water flushing is used to isolate the seawater and sands,it reduces the wear of the sealing system and extends its service life.
