摘要
对国内外有关锻件超声波检测的方法标准进行了对比分析,研究其内在要求和质量指标差异。通过分析轴系锻件的设计技术要求和船级社对超声波检测要求,并结合实际经验,提出船舶设计中轴系锻件超声波检测采用的标准以及修订标准的建议。
The international and domestic method standards for ultrasonic testing of forgings are compared and analyzed to study the differences between inherent requirements and quality indicators.By analyzing the design technical requirements of the shaft forgings and the requirements of the classification society for ultrasonic testing,and combined with practical experience,the recommendations for the standards and revised standards for the ultrasonic testing of shaft forgings in ship design are proposed.
