基于AVEVA MARINE软件创新吊装设计应用研究

摘要 壳舾涂一体化区域造船被认为是提高船舶质量、缩短造船周期、降低制造成本的根本方法,也是加强企业管理、促进企业管理现代化的基础措施。通过互通使用AVEVA MARINE中的AVEVA Outfitting、Marine Drafting、AVEVA PDMS和AVEVA E3D等设计功能,整合船体建模和舾装建模,将工法吊装设计融入到AVEVA Marine模型设计中,确保各专业的协同工作,以求得到最为合理的设计方案,达到缩短分段建造周期、降低建造成本的目的,同时实现创新吊装设计模式提供参考方向。 The monolithic construction shipbuilding method is considered to be the fundamental method for improving ship quality,shortening the shipbuilding cycle,and reducing manufacturing costs.It is also the basic measure to strengthen enterprise management and promote enterprise management modernization.Through the use of AVEVA Outfitting,Marine Drafting,AVEVA PDMS and AVEVA E3D in AVEVA Marine,the design concept of hull Outfitting modeling and armor modeling is integrated,and the hoisting design is integrated into the AVEVA Marine model design to ensure the cooperation of various professions.
