摘要
作为船舶建造过程中一个非常重要的环节,分段合拢受场地、吊运能力、精度控制等多方面因素的影响,因此,一个好的合拢方式能够大大缩减建造成本。在12000t下水驳船的建造过程中,因受场地限制(或为了节省场地资源),需水上和坞内配合,并对驳船总段实施合拢工艺。通过对合拢工艺的研究和分析,论证了该工艺的可行性。
As a very important part of the ship construction process,the segmentation and closing is affected by many factors such as the site,lifting capacity,precision control,etc.Therefore,a good closing method can reduce the construction cost greatly.During the construction of the 12 000 t launch barge,sites are restricted(or to save space resources),so it is necessary to cooperate with the water and the dock,and implement the closing process for the barge section.Through the research and analysis of the closing process,the feasibility of the process is demonstrated.
