摘要
目的:对中医食疗辅助中医药治疗虚寒型胃溃疡的治疗效果进行观察、总结和分析。方法:以我院2014年2月-2018年3月接收的106例虚寒型胃溃疡患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为探究组和参考组,各53例。参考组患者单纯采用中医药治疗,而探究组患者的在此基础上联合中医食疗进行辅助治疗。对比两组患者的治疗有效率、满意度以及有关知识的熟悉情况。结果:探究组患者的治疗有效率为96.2%(51/53),明显优于参考组的66.0%(35/53),且相关知识的掌握情况也明显好于参考组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医食疗辅助中医药治疗虚寒型胃溃疡治疗效果显著,能够有效缓解患者的溃疡症状,加强对于相关疾病知识的熟悉情况,加快功能恢复,适合在临床进行进一步研究。
Objective: To observe, summarize and analyze the efficacy of dietary therapy plus TCM medicine on gastric ulcer of the Xuhan type (虚寒型). Methods: 106 patients were randomly divided into the study group and reference group, 53 cases in each group. The patients in the reference group were given TCM medicine alone, and those in the study group were treated by dietary therapy more. Results: The effective rate in the study group was 96.2%(51/53), which was significantly higher than 66.0%(35/53) in the reference group, and the relevant knowledge of patients in the study group was also better.(P<0.05). Conclusion: Dietary therapy plus TCM medicine is effective on gastric ulcer of the Xuhan type, which can help alleviate the symptoms, build up their mastery of relevant knowledge of the disease, and speed up the recovery of their functions. It is of significant value to be further studied in clinical practice.
