茵栀黄颗粒、微生态制剂联合蓝光治疗早产儿高胆红素血症的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察茵栀黄颗粒、微生态制剂联合蓝光治疗早产儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法:选取2016年3月-2018年3月期间在我院出生的158例伴有高胆红素血症的早产儿作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各79例。两组患儿均给予常规综合治疗,然后对照组给予蓝光照射治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒、微生态制剂治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果及治疗前后的胆红素水平。结果:观察组患儿治疗后的总有效率为98.73%,明显高于对照组的84.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胆红素水平均明显下降,且观察组的胆红素水平和胆红素降至正常值时间明显低于对照组,日均胆红素下降值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用茵栀黄颗粒、微生态制剂联合蓝光治疗早产儿高胆红素血症的治疗效果确切,明显降低患儿的胆红素水平,且胆红素降至正常值的时间更少,值得在临床中广泛应用。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of the Yinzhihuang granules (茵栀黄颗粒) and microecological preparation plus blue light on hyperbilirubinemia in premature infants. Methods: 158 children were divided into the observation group and the control group according to treatment methods, 79 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional comprehensive treatment, the control group was treated by blue light, and the observation group was treated with the Yinzhihuang granules and microecological preparations more. The therapeutic effects and the bilirubin levels before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.73%, which was significantly higher than 84.81% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the bilirubin levels in the two groups decreased significantly, and the bilirubin level and the time when bilirubin decreased to normal value in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the daily bilirubin was decreased significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The Yinzhihuang granules and microecological preparation plus blue light were effective on hyperbilirubinemia in premature infants, which significantly reduces the bilirubin level and the time when bilirubin drops to normal value. It is worthy of wide application in clinic.
