地耳草汤治疗急性淤胆型肝炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating acute cholestatic hepatitis with the Diercao decoction

目的:探讨地耳草汤治疗急性淤胆型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将70例急性淤胆型肝炎患者分成治疗组、对照组各35例,两组均应用保肝基础治疗,治疗组加用地耳草汤,疗程为4周,观察黄疸消退及肝功能改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为97%,对照组有效率为71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:采用地耳草汤治疗急性淤胆型肝炎,疗效满意。

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of the Diercao decoction (地耳草汤) on acute cholestatic hepatitis. Methods: 70 patients with acute cholestatic hepatitis were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 35 cases in each. Both groups were treated by hepatoprotective therapy, and the treatment group was treated with the Diercao decoction more, 4 weeks as a course. The improvement of jaundice and liver function are observed. Results: The effective rate was 97% in the treatment group and 71% in the control group, with a significant difference. Conclusion: The effective on acute cholestatic hepatitis Diercao decoction is satisfactory.
