加味八珍汤联合奥拉西坦胶囊对脑梗死后认知障碍的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction with the Bazhen decoction plus oxiracetam capsule

目的:探讨加味八珍汤联合奥拉西坦胶囊对脑梗死后认知障碍的疗效。方法:选取本院2016年6月-2018年6月收治的120例急性脑梗死患者,采取数字表随机分组法分成治疗组、对照组各60例,对照组给予胞磷胆碱片,治疗组予加味八珍汤联合奥拉西坦胶囊治疗,采用简易精神状况检查(Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE)评价两组患者治疗前后认知障碍的改善情况。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为95%,对照组临床总有效率为70%,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后MMSE评分均有所升高,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组MMSE评分相比,治疗组评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味八珍汤联合奥拉西坦胶囊对脑梗死认知障碍具有良好疗效。

Objective: To investigate the effect of the Bazhen decoction (八珍汤) plus oxiracetam capsule on cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given citicoline tablets. The treatment group was treated with the Bazhen decoction plus oxiracetam capsule. The improvement of cognitive impairment before and after treatment in both groups was evaluated by MMSE. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 95%, 70%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The MMSE scores of the two groups were increased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The MMSE score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Bazhen decoction plus oxiracetam capsule has a good effect on cognitive impairment of cerebral infarction.
