改良颈三针速刺对全面性发育迟缓患儿头控功能的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of modified Jingsanzhen speed acupuncture on head control function in children with generalized developmental delay

目的:分析全面性发育迟缓(Generalized Developmental Delay,GDD)患儿治疗中使用改良颈三针速刺对头控功能以及临床效果的影响。方法:选取62例GDD患儿随机分为对照组(30例,常规综合干预治疗)与治疗组(32例,对照组+改良颈三针速刺)。对比治疗前后两组头控功能、临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组适应性行为、大运动行为、精细动作行为、语言行为、个人-社交行为发育商(Developmental Quotient,DQ)评分差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后均提高(P<0.05),治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:GDD患儿治疗中使用改良颈三针速刺可促进头控功能与临床疗效的改善。

Objective: To analyze the effect of modified Jingsanzhen (颈三针) speed acupuncture on head function in children with generalized developmental delay and its curative effect. 62 children with GDD were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional comprehensive intervention and the treatment group was treated with modified Jingsanzhen speed acupuncture more. The head control function and clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results: There were no significant differences in adaptive behavior, large motor behavior, fine motor behavior, language behavior, and personal-social behavioral developmental quotient scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and the scores were improved after treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Jingsanzhen speed acupuncture can improve the head control function of children with GDD and improve clinical efficacy.
