手法复位超肩关节杉树皮夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折

Treating humeral surgical neck fracture by manual reduction and external fixation with fir bark splint over shoulder joint

目的:观察手法复位超肩关节杉树皮夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的疗效。方法:在臂丛神经阻滞麻醉下采用手法复位超肩关节杉树皮夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折。结果:通过90例肱骨外科颈骨折治疗后随访一年,优62例,良25例,肩关节功能差3例。结论:表明臂丛神经阻滞麻醉下手法复位超肩关节杉树皮夹板外固定治疗肱骨外科颈骨折疗效肯定,患者易于接受,费用比较低廉,可减少患者的身心创伤。

Objective: To observe the effect of manual reduction and external fixation with fir bark splint over shoulder joint on humeral surgical neck fracture. Methods: Under brachial plexus block anesthesia, the patients with humeral surgical neck fracture were treated by manual reduction and external fixation with fir bark splint over shoulder joint. Results: In 90 cases of humeral surgical neck fracture following up for one year, 62 cases were excellent;25 cases were good and 3 cases were poor in shoulder function. Concusion: Manual reduction and external fixation with fir bark splint over shoulder joint on humeral surgical neck fracture shows a better effec, is easy for patients to accept, with relatively low cost, can reduce the physical and mental trauma of patients.
