摘要
目的:探讨鱼腥草等12种中药对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用。方法:采用中药抗菌试验试管法测定鱼腥草、夏枯草、五味子、黄柏、黄芩、连翘、黄连、金银花、虎杖、苦参、穿心莲、麻黄对铜绿假单胞菌的最低抑菌浓度(Minimum Inhibitory Concentration,MIC)。结果:20株铜绿假单胞菌对本研究包含的12种中药饮片提取液,均为中等程度耐药。其中12种中药最小杀菌浓度(Minimum Bactericidal Concentration,MBC)均在50~100mg/mL之间,其中黄连、夏枯草、金银花、穿心莲MIC最大,MBC最低,抑菌能力最强,金银花的MIC显著高于穿心莲,穿心莲MIC显著高于排第四位的麻黄(P<0.05)。结论:鱼腥草等12种中药对铜绿假单胞菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,其中黄连、夏枯草、金银花、穿心莲抑菌作用较好,可考虑组方并应用于临床疗效观察。
Objective:To evaluate bacteriostatic effects of 12 kinds of TCM medicines,such as Yuxingcao (鱼腥草) on pseudomonas aeruginosa.Methods:The MIC of Yuxingcao (鱼腥草),Xiakucao (夏枯草),Wuweizi (五味子),Huangbo (黄柏),Huangqin (黄芩), Lianqiao (连翘),Huanglian (黄连),Jinyinhua (金银花),Huzhang (虎杖),Kushen (苦参),Chuanxinlian (穿心莲) and Mahuang (麻黄) for pseudomonas aeruginosa were determined by antibacterial medicine test tubemethod.Results:20 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa were moderately resistant to 12 TCM medicine extracts.Among them,MBC of 12 kinds of TCM medicine were 50~100 mg/mL.About Huanglian,Xiakucao,Jinyinhua and Chuanxinlian,MIC were the largest,MBC was the lowest,and the bactericidal ability was the strongest.MIC of Jinyinhua was significantly higher than Chuanxinlian;and MIC of Chuanxinlian was significantly higher than Mahuang in the fourth position.Conclusion:12 kinds of TCM medicine,such as Yuxingcao,have different degree of bacteriostasis on pseudomonas aeruginosa.Mahuang,Xiakucao,Jinyinhua and Chuanxinlian show a better bacteriostatic effect,which can be used in clinical observation.
