蚕砂联合光动力治疗大鼠类风湿性关节炎的作用及机制 被引量:2

Effects and mechanism of Cansha plus photodynamic therapy on rheumatoid arthritis in rats

摘要 目的:观察蚕砂联合光动力对类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)大鼠的影响。方法:30只SD大鼠分为正常对照组(10只)、模型组(10只)、蚕砂联合光动力治疗组(10只)。大鼠左后足跖底部皮下注射0.15mL弗氏完全佐剂1次复制RA模型、对照组注射0.15mL生理盐水,造模后蚕砂联合光动力治疗组大鼠给药剂量10mL/kg,1次/d,共7d、其余两组给予等量蒸馏水,最后一次用药完成10mins后蚕砂联合光照射组行光照射,波长670mm滤光后照射,时间1000s。共治疗14d;于造模前和治疗14d时,观察3组大鼠的神志、四肢活动、关节肿胀情况;对踝关节左右横径结果进行测量;于治疗结束时,取各组大鼠静脉血,检测血沉和白细胞值,类风湿因子(Rheumatoid Factor,RF)和C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)含量。结果:造模前各组大鼠一般情况良好,关节无肿胀;造模后,模型组大鼠一般情况比对照组差,足趾关节肿胀度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,与模型组比较,蚕砂联合光动力治疗组大鼠一般情况有所改善,关节肿胀度减轻差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在发病后,与对照组相比较,模型组大鼠踝关节左右横径测量结果呈现有明显的上升;与模型组相比较,蚕砂联合光动力组有所下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,蚕砂联合光动力治疗组大鼠血沉和白细胞下降,血清RF,C反应蛋白含量均降低(P<0.05);结论:蚕砂联合光动力治疗类风湿性关节炎大鼠可以减低血液学中与炎症相关的白细胞,血沉,C反应蛋白含量并可以减低血清中的类风湿因子,是一种可以选择的治疗类风湿关节炎方法。 Objective:To observe the effects of Cansha (蚕砂) plus photodynamic therapy on rats with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:30 SD rats were divided into the normal control group,model group,and Cansha plus photodynamic group.RA model was established by subcutaneous injection of 0.15 mL Freund's complete in the left hind paw;the control group was injected with 0.15 mL of normal saline.After the model was established,the Cansha plus photodynamic group was given Cansha plus photodynamic,10 mL/kg, once daily,for 7 days;and the other two groups were given the same amount.Results:Before the model establishment,the rats in each group were generally in good condition and the joints were not swollen.After modeling,the rats in the model group were generally worse than the control group;and the swelling of the toe joints was higher than the control group (P<0.05).Afterwards,compared with the control group,left and right transverse diameter measurements of the ankle in the model group were increased;compared the model group,that in the Cansha plus photodynamic group was decreased,with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Compared with the model group, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate and leukocyte were decreased;serum RF and C-reactive protein levels in the Cansha plus photodynamic group were decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion:Cansha plus photodynamic therapy on rheumatoid arthritis can reduce the white blood cells associated with inflammation in hematology,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein content and reduce the rheumatoid factor in serum,is an alternative method for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
