针刺配合局部按摩治疗产后缺乳效果分析

Treating postpartum lactation by acupuncture plus massage

目的:探究针刺配合局部按摩治疗产后缺乳效果。方法:将我院2016年2月-2018年2月间收治的产后缺乳患者140例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组(70例)以及对照组(70例)。对照组采取局部按摩,研究组在此基础上联合针刺治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者泌乳量评分对比无明显差异(P>0.05);经过治疗,两组患者泌乳量评分均有所上升,但研究组水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率(97.14%)较对照组(87.14%)更高(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合局部按摩治疗产后缺乳效果较优,可促进患者泌乳。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of acupuncture plus massage on postpartum lactation.Methods:From February 2016 to February 2018,140 cases were divided into 2 groups,70 cases in each.The control group was given massage;and the study group was given acupuncture more.Results:In the treatment,the lactation scores in both groups were increased,and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05);the total efficiency in the study group (97.14%) was higher than 87.14% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture plus massage on postpartum lactation shows a good effect.
