痔愈康洗剂坐浴对肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效观察

Efficacy of the Zhiyukang lotion bath on wound healing after anal fistula

目的:观察痔愈康洗剂促进低位肛瘘术后创面愈合的临床疗效。方法:将60例住院低位肛瘘术后患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用痔愈康洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗,对照组30例采用0.02%高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴治疗。结果:治疗组在促进创面愈合方面明显优于对照组。结论:痔愈康洗剂促进肛瘘术后创面愈合临床疗效确切。

Objective:To observe efficacy of Zhiyukang lotion (痔愈康洗剂) bath on wound healing after anal fistula.Methods:60 cases were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given 0.02% potassium permanganate solution steaming and washing;and the treatment group was given Zhiyukang lotion.Result:Efficiency in the treatment group was better.Conclusion:Zhiyukang lotion bath on wound healing after anal fistula show a good effect.
