清脑安神汤治疗肝阳头痛临床观察

Treating headache of the Ganyang type with the Qingnao Anshen decoction

目的:总结自拟清脑安神汤治疗肝阳上扰型头痛的临床疗效。方法:将92例头痛证属肝阳上扰型的患者随机分为两组,观察组47例,对照组45例,观察组给予口服清脑安神汤治疗,对照组给予口服脑立清丸、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,两组均以6周为一个疗程,1个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:两组临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率为91.5%,对照组总有效率为71.1%,观察组较对照组差异具有统计学意义临床疗效更加明显(P<0.05);症状积分比较,两组中医症状积分均降低,观察组较对照组差异具有统计学意义降低更加明显(P<0.05);两组头痛发作次数、发作程度、持续时间比较,观察组与对照组对头痛发作次数、发作程度、持续时间均有疗效,但观察组较对照组疗效差异具有统计学意义更加显著(P<0.05)。结论:自拟清脑安神汤治疗肝阳上扰型头痛临床疗效明显,可明显改善患者的临床症状,对患者的头痛发作次数、发作程度、持续时间有显著的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of the Qingnao Anshen decoction (清脑安神汤) on headache of the Ganyang Shangrao type (肝阳上扰型).Methods:92 cases were divided into two groups,45 cases in the control group were given Naoliqing Wan (脑立清丸) plus flunarizine hydrochloride capsules;and 47 cases in the observation group were given the Qingnao Anshen decoction.6 weeks as a course.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 91.5%,which was higher than 71.1% in the control group (P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores in two groups were decreased,and those in the observation group was more significant (P<0.05).The number of headache episodes,the degree of headache attack,and the duration of headache were improved in both groups,and those in the observation group was more significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qingnao Anshen decoction on headache of the Ganyang Shangrao type show a good effect,can improve clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion.
