外科舒筋洗剂熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Clinical effective observation on treating lumbar disc herniation with the Shu Jin lotion fumigation

目的:探讨外科舒筋洗剂熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果。方法:选择2015年10月-2017年10月在我院住院治疗的98例腰间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。对照组采用腰部推拿按摩及腰腿部针灸治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上联合中药舒筋洗剂熏蒸治疗,治疗14d后采用日本骨科学会(Japanese Orthopaedic Association,JOA)评分及腰部功能障碍采用Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状、功能变化情况。结果:治疗1个月、3个月后,两组患者的JOA评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);且各时间段观察组患者的评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后观察组患者的改善优良率为85.71%,明显高于对照组的61.22%(P<0.05);治疗1个月、3个月后,两组患者的ODI评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);且各时间段观察组患者的评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外科舒筋洗剂熏蒸联合常规推拿针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症能够有效减轻腰腿痛的症状,恢复腰部功能,效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Shu Jin lotion (舒筋洗剂) fumigation on lumbar disc herniation. Methods:98 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with waist massage and waist and leg acupuncture;the patients in the observation group were given the Shu Jin lotion fumigation more.After the treatment of 14 days,the JOA score and the dysfunction of the waist were compared by ODI in the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:After 1 month and 3 months,the JOA scores in 2 groups were significantly improved (P<0.05). The scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher (P<0.05).The improvement rate of patients in the observation group after 3 months was 85.71%,which was significantly higher than 61.22% in the control group (P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months, the ODI scores in 2 groups were significantly improved (P<0.05).The scores in the observation group were significantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Shu Jin lotion fumigation plus conventional massage on lumbar disc herniation can effectively reduce the symptoms of lumbago and leg pain and restore the function of the waist,and the effect is remarkable.
