原发性高血压病采用安脑丸结合西医治疗的效果观察

Effective observation on treating essential hypertension with Annao Wan plus Western medicine

目的:观察原发性高血压病采用安脑丸结合西医治疗的效果。方法:选定本院2018年1月-2018年6月收治的100例原发性高血压病患者,在随机数字表法的分组原则下,随机分为试验组50例和对照组50例,其中试验组用安脑丸结合西医治疗,对照组用地西泮治疗,比较分析两组患者临床疗效、实验室指标中舒张压(Diastolic Blood Pressure,DBP)、收缩压(Systolic Blood Pressure,SBP)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(Intima-Media Thickness,IMT)等情况。结果:试验组临床总有效率(96.00%)显著较对照组(78.00%)高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后DBP、SBP、IMT显著低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安脑丸联合常规西药可有效降低原发性高血压病患者血压与颈动脉内中膜厚度,效果显著,提高患者满意度,临床上值得进一步推广借鉴。

Objective:To observe efficacy of Annao Wan (安脑丸) plus Western medicine on essential hypertension.Methods:100 cases of essential hypertension treated in our hospital from January to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in the control group were given diazepam.50 cases in the the experimental group were given Annao Wan plus Western medicine.Results:The total efficiency in the experimental group (96%) was significantly higher than 78% in the control group (P<0.05);and the DBP,SBP and IMT in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Annao Wan plus Western medicine on essential hypertension show a good effect,can effectively reduce the blood pressure and carotid intima-media thickness,and is worthy of promotion.
