益气通脉汤对冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病心力衰竭患者心功能及N末端脑钠肽前体的影响

Efficacy of the Yiqi Tongmai decoction on cardiac function and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor in patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨对冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病心力衰竭患者采取益气通脉汤辅助治疗,并观察其对患者心功能及N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月,到我院进行治疗的68例冠状动脉粥样硬化心脏病心力衰竭患者,将患者分为两组。对照组34例,采取常规对症治疗;观察组34例,加入益气通脉汤辅助治疗。结果:观察组治疗有效率为97.06%,对照组为82.35%,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的左室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)、NT-proBNP等指标均明显优于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气通脉汤辅助治疗能够改善患者心功能,增强心肌收缩能力,降低NT-proBNP水平,临床疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Yiqi Tongmai decoction (益气通脉汤) on cardiac function and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:January 2016 - January 2018,68 cases were divided into two groups,34 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the observation group was given the Yiqi Tongmai decoction more.Results:Efficiency in the observation group was 97.06%,and 82.35% in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF and NT-proBNP in the observation group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Tongmai decoction on cardiac function and N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor in patients with coronary heart disease show a good effect.
