三拗汤加减治疗阳虚体质感冒后咳嗽总有效率分析

Efficacy of the San’ao decoction on cough after cold of Yangxu constitution

目的:探析阳虚体质感冒后咳嗽患者应用三拗汤治疗的临床效果。方法:对2017年3月-2018年5月期间我院收治的98例阳虚体质感冒后咳嗽患者予以回顾性分析,根据随机抽签法分为两组,即对照组(49例)、观察组(49例)。对照组患者予以氢溴酸右美沙芬片治疗,观察组患者予以三拗汤加减治疗,对两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分及治愈时间进行统计对比。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率(93.88%)高于对照组患者(79.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后症状积分(3.78±1.80)分低于对照组患者(5.82±2.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治愈时间([5.28±1.21)d]短于对照组([7.92±2.00)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阳虚体质感冒后咳嗽患者应用三拗汤治疗的临床效果更加确切,能够有效减轻患者临床症状,加快患者康复,临床应用价值非常高。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the San’ao decoction (三拗汤) on cough after cold of Yangxu (阳虚) constitution. Methods:March 2017 - May 2018,98 cases were divided into two groups,49 cases in each.The control group was given dextromethorphan hydrobromide tablets;and the observation group was given the San’ao decoction.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group (93.88%) was higher than 79.59% in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score in the observation group was (3.78±1.80),which was lower than (5.82±2.58) in the control group (P<0.05).The healing time in the observation group was (5.28±1.21) days,which was shorter than (7.92±2.00) days in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The San’ao decoction on cough after cold of Yangxu constitution shows a good effect,can alleviate clinical symptoms and speed up recovery,which is worth promoting.
