三伏天灸结合辨证选穴治疗小儿变应性鼻炎临床研究

A clinical study on treating pediatric allergic rhinitis by the Sanfutian moxibustion plus syndrome differentiation

目的:探究三伏天灸结合辨证选穴治疗小儿变应性鼻炎临床疗效。方法:选取于一个阶段内在本院接受治疗的小儿应变性鼻炎患儿180例作为观察对象,依据治疗方法的不同做分组,对照组采用安慰剂治疗,观察组采用三伏天灸结合辨证选穴治疗,以治疗效果与生活质量等作为指标进行观察。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率为61.11%,对照组患儿治疗总有效率为44.44%,观察组患儿鼻痒、打喷嚏、流清涕、鼻塞病状改善时间均明显短于对照组患儿,观察组患儿生理机能与一般情况及精神健康等生活质量评分均明显高于对照组患者,组间对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿变应性鼻炎是基于吸入过敏性抗原所引发的鼻炎病症,与安慰剂治疗方法进行对比,采用三伏灸结合辨证选穴治疗方案更有助于提升整体治疗效果,同时也能够在一定程度上缩短病状改善时间,从而提升患儿生活质量。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Sanfutian moxibustion (三伏天灸) plus syndrome differentiation on pediatric allergic rhinitis.Methods:180 cases were divided into two groups.The control group was given placebo;and the observation group was given the Sanfutian moxibustion plus syndrome differentiation.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 61.11%,and that in the control group was 44.44%.The time of improvement of nasal itching,sneezing,thick discharge and nasal congestion in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group.The physiology,general condition,mental health and other quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Sanfutian moxibustion plus syndrome differentiation on pediatric allergic rhinitis showed a good effect,can shorten the time of improvement of symptoms,and improve the quality of life of children.
