国医大师石冠卿教授临证验案拾粹

已故石冠卿教授是首批国家级名老中医,60余载行医路,春晖遍四方。石老善研经方,造诣深厚,精专杂病,组方严谨,用药精当,独具匠心,可称捷效,兹将石师临床验案遴选三则,以飨同仁,共同探讨经方之精髓。案1:青年妇女口腔、舌体及前后二阴多处溃烂,石老紧扣病机,经方诊治,随访半年,未在发作;案2:中年口疮案,运用温中健脾之法,以“理中汤”为基础方加减,溃疡未在发作;案3:高热案:辨证属心气不足,风寒外束,化裁经方“桂枝汤”和“生脉饮”,以获捷效。

Late Professor Shi Guanqing is one of the first batch of state-level famous traditional Chinese medicine,who has practiced medicine for more than 60 years and has lots of students.Professor Shi is an expert in the study of classic prescription,who has profound knowledge,and is good at treating precise and complex disease with rigorous prescription and precise medication,which achieves great effect.Case 1:A young woman suffers from oral cavity,tongue body and anterior and posterior the vagina multiple fester, Professor Shi explores the disease mechanism,applies diagnosis and treatment by following classic prescription,6 months follow-up shows no recurrence;Case 2:A middle aged suffers from oral ulcer,Professor Shi applies the method of warming,strengthening spleen, and uses modified“ Lizhong decoction (理中汤)”,the patient’s ulcer does not attack;Case 3:A high fever case,according to syndrome differentiation,the patient is lack of heart qi and wind chills outside,Professor Shi applies modified“ Guizhi Decoction (桂枝汤)” and “Shengmai Decoction (生脉饮)” to get rapid results.
