加味玉屏风散对季节性过敏性鼻炎患者临床症状的影响

Effects of Modified Yupingfeng powder on clinical symptoms of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis

目的:探讨加味玉屏风散对季节性过敏性鼻炎患者临床症状的影响。方法:选择2017年3月-2017年4月我所收治的季节性过敏性鼻炎患者60例,将所有患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组单独采用西药治疗,观察组在此基础上予以加味玉屏风散治疗,比较两组中医症状评分与临床疗效。结果:治疗前对两组患者临床症状评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组各项临床症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用加味玉屏风散治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎患者可有效缓解其临床症状,提高临床治疗效果,用药安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the effect of Modified Yupingfeng powder(加味玉屏风散) on clinical symptoms of patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis.Method:60 patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to April 2017 were selected,and all patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the observation group was treated with Modified Yupingfeng powder(加味玉屏风散) on this basis.The clinical efficacy and symptom score of TCM were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in clinical symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),and all clinical symptom scores in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and reliable to treat seasonal allergic rhinitis patients with Modified Yupingfeng powder(加味玉屏风散),which can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical treatment effect.
