摘要
面肌痉挛(hemifacial spasm,HFS)是神经内科常见的疑难疾病之一,微血管减压术(microvascular decompression,MVD)目前逐渐成为治疗面肌痉挛的首选治疗方式,临床疗效虽然较好,但也存在复发或各种并发症。面肌痉挛的发病机制迄今未明,已有的学说都不能解释所有临床发现,我们提出了一种新的病因病理机制(颈源性机制)有待临床研究进一步证实。目的:通过对面肌痉挛颈源机制的研究,探讨一种新的治疗办法,通过调整颈椎的曲度和颅骨的位置以改善面神经和责任血管解剖位置关系。
Hemifacial spasm (HFS) is one of the most common and difficult diseases in neurology,and microvascular decompression (MVD) has gradually become the preferred treatment method for facial spasm.Although the clinical efficacy is relatively good,there are still recurrent or various complications.The pathogenesis of facial spasm is still unknown,and existing theories cannot explain all clinical findings.We propose a new etiopathological mechanism (cervical origin mechanism) to be further confirmed by clinical studies.
