牛天福教授运用益气养阴法治疗心律失常经验举隅

Clinical experience of Professor Niu Tianfu in treating arrhythmia with Yiqi Yangyin Therapy

心律失常可表现心悸、胸闷等严重临床症状,中医将其归属于“心悸”范畴,现代医学以外科手术或者药物防治为主,但其局限性及复发率较高,近年来,传统医药在心悸症状防治方面取得巨大成就,牛天福教授有多年中医临床经验,认为心律失常乃本虚标实之病,虚以气阴两虚为本,实以气滞、血瘀、痰热为标,故而牛教授治以益气养阴为主,辅以行气止痛、活血化瘀、清热化痰等中药,另据相关症状加减用药,使临床症状得减。

Arrhythmia can manifests in serious clinical symptoms such as palpitation and chest tightness.Traditional Chinese medicine holds that it belongs to the category of “palpitation”.Modern medicine is mainly based on surgery or drug prevention,but its limitations and recurrence rate are high.In recent years,traditional medicine has made great achievements in the prevention and treatment of palpitations.Professor Niu Tianfu has many years of clinical experience in traditional Chinese medicine.He believes that arrhythmia is a disease of both deficiency and standard.The virtual reality is the deficiency of Qi and Yi,stagnation of Qi,blood stasis,phlegm heat as the standard,therefore,Professor Niu mainly applies benefiting Qi for nourishing Yin,which is supplemented by regulating Qi flowing for relieving pain,activating blood to remove stasis,clearing heat and resolving phlegm and other traditional Chinese drugs to reduce clinical symptoms.
