中医活血化瘀治疗子宫肌瘤的效果分析

Therapeutic effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in treating uterine fibroids

目的:对中医活血化瘀在子宫肌瘤中的治疗效果进行探讨。方法:考虑研究对照需求,纳入2017年1月-2018年1月我院门诊子宫肌瘤患者40例参与此次治疗研究,并将其设为治疗组,予以中医活血化瘀治疗;纳入同期子宫肌瘤患者40例设为对照组,予以常规西医治疗。比较两组患者在此次治疗过程中的临床情况,并比较两组患者的治疗效果、肌瘤大小、月经量、激素水平变化以及不良反应。结果:治疗组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;治疗后患者的肌瘤体积均有不同程度缩小,月经量减少,治疗组的肌瘤大小、月经量改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;治疗后患者FSH、E2、LH以及P均有不同程度下降,治疗组的激素水平改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;治疗组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:对子宫肌瘤患者实施中医活血化瘀治疗,能够改善患者的病情症状,缩小肌瘤体积,对患者激素水平调节及月经量改善有积极意义,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in uterine fibroids.Methods:Considering the study control needs,40 patients with uterine fibroids treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were included in the study and received traditional Chinese medicine treatment of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.40 patients with uterine fibroids were included in the control group and were treated with conventional western medicine.The clinical situation of the two groups of patients during the treatment was compared,and the therapeutic effect,fibroid size,menstrual flow,hormonal changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the fibroid volume of the patients decreased in different degrees and the menstrual volume decreased.The fibroid size and the menstrual volume of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,FSH,E2,LH and P decreased in different degrees,and the improvement of hormone level in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine therapy for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in patients with uterine fibroids could relieve the symptoms of patients,decrease the volume of fibroids,regulate hormone levels and improve menstrual flow,and it was of a high safety.
