泻白散合清金化痰汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(痰热郁肺型)的临床观察

The clinical observation of Xiebai Powder combined with Qingjin Huatan decoction in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease(phlegm-heat type)

目的:探讨泻白散合清金化痰汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(痰热郁肺型)的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年4月我科46例慢性肺源性心脏病(痰热郁肺型)患者,按就诊次序分为观察组和对照组,各23例,观察组用泻白散合清金化痰汤治疗,对照组用常规西药治疗,对比疗效及心肺功能情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组73.91%,观察组舒张血流E峰、FEV1(第1秒用力呼气容积)、FVC(最大肺活量)指标均高于对照组,舒张血流A峰、PAP(肺动脉压)指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(痰热郁肺型)采用泻白散合清金化痰汤可以明显提高疗效、有效改善患者心肺功能。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiebai Powder combined with Qingjin Huatan decoction(泻白散合清金化痰汤) in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease (phlegm-heat type).Methods:46 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease (phlegm-heat depression lung type) treated in our department from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment,with 23 cases in each group.The observation group received Xiebai Powder combined with Qingjin Huatan decoction(泻白散合清金化痰汤) treatment while the control group received routine western medicine treatment,the efficacy and cardiopulmonary function were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than that of the control group (73.91%).The indicators of the observation group (E peak of diastolic blood flow),FEV1 (forced expiratory volume in 1 second) and FVC (maximum vital capacity) were all higher than those of the control group,and the indicators of diastolic blood flow (A peak) and PAP (pulmonary artery pressure) were lower than those of the control group, which was with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Xiebai Powder combined with Qingjin Huatan decoction(泻白散合清金化痰汤) could significantly improve the efficacy and cardiopulmonary function of patients in the clinical treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease (phlegm-heat depression lung type).
