真武汤加减治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的效果

The effect of Modified Zhenwu decoction in treating chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency of heart and kidney

目的:探讨真武汤加减治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法:将2017年3月-2018年3月在我院心内科治疗的96例心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,在此基础上观察组使用真武汤加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、心功能各指标变化、中医证候积分变化。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的77.08%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVESD(左心室收缩末期内径)、LVEDD(左心室舒张末期内径)明显低于对照组,而LVEF(左心室射血分数)、CO(每分心输出量)、SV(脉搏输出量)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤加减治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心力衰竭的效果显著,能有效抑制心室重构,增强心功能,减轻心衰症状,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of Modified Zhenwu decoction(真武汤) in treating chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency of heart and kidney.Methods:96 cases of chronic heart failure with heart and kidney Yang deficiency treated in the department of cardiology of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Modified Zhenwu decoction(真武汤) treatment on this basis. The clinical efficacy,changes in cardiac function indexes and changes in TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (77.08%)(P < 0.05).After treatment,LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while LVEF,CO and SV in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhenwu decoction had a significant effect on the treatment of chronic heart failure with heart-kidney Yang deficiency,it could effectively inhibit ventricular remodeling,enhance cardiac function,and alleviate the symptoms of heart failure,and was of positive clinical significance.
