中西医结合治疗痛风患者的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of integrative medicine in treating gout patients

目的:综合评价中西医结合与单纯西医疗法治疗痛风患者的临床效果,为临床治疗和缓解痛风提供参考依据。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学位论文全文数据库(万方医学网)、中国学术期刊全文数据库(中国知网)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库以及Pubmed、Web of Science和Science Direct,检索时间均为建库时间至2018年9月。根据文献纳入和排除标准,运用revman 5.3软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入20篇文献,共1804例研究对象(其中实验组953例,对照组851例)。Meta分析结果显示:实验组在总有效率[OR=4.52,95%CI(3.24,6.32),P<0.01]、总显效率[OR=2.79,95%CI(2.05,3.78),P<0.01]、血尿酸(UA)水平[WMD=-53.93,95%CI(-68.69,-39.17),P<0.01]、血沉(ESR)[WMD=-4.83,95%CI(-7.59,-2.06),P<0.01]以及疼痛积分[WMD=-0.45,95%CI(-0.71,-0.19),P<0.01]方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合治疗痛风可以提高患者总有效率和总显效率,降低患者血尿酸水平、血沉以及疼痛积分,效果优于单纯的西医疗法,值得在临床上进行推广。

Objective:To comprehensively evaluate the clinical effect of Integrative Medicine and western medicine in treating gout patients,and to provide reference for clinical treatment and relief of gout.Methods:CBM,Wanfang database,CNKI,VIP databases, Pubmed,Web of Science and Science Direct were searched from the day they were established to September,2018.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of literature,a meta-analysis of the inclusion literature was conducted using revman5.3 software.Results: 1804 from 20 documents were selected,which were divided into the experimental group(953 cases)and the control group(851 cases).The meta-analysis showed that the total efficiency [OR = 4.52,95% CI (3.24,6.32),P <0.01],total effective rate [OR = 2.79,95% CI (2.05, 3.78),P < 0.01.],uric acid (UA) level [WMD =-53.93,95% CI (-68.69,-39.17),P < 0.01],ESR [WMD =-4.83,95% CI (-7.59,-2.06), P < 0.01] and the points of pain [WMD =-0.45,95% CI (-0.71,-0.19),P < 0.01] in the experimental group were better than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine could improve the total efficiency and total effective rate of patients,reduce the uric acid level,ESR and the points of pain in the treatment of gout.The effect was better than the simple Western medical method,which was worth popularizing in clinic.
