补肾壮筋汤治疗肝肾不足型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效研究

Clinical effect of Bushen Zhuangjin decoction on osteoarthritis of knee joint with deficiency of liver and kidney

目的:探析中医补肾壮筋汤治疗肝肾不足型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:择取2015年1月-2017年2月入我院中医科接受诊疗的78例肝肾不足型膝关节骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,以病例对研究及治疗方案知情为前提,根据就诊顺序编号,以随机数字法将其化为中医组(40例,补肾壮筋汤治疗)和对照组(38例,常规西药治疗)两个组别,经2个月的治疗,评估两组患者综合疗效。结果:经2个月治疗,中医组患者WOMAC骨关节指数及VAS评分改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);此外治疗优良率中医组82.5%亦显著高于对照组的52.6%(P<0.05)。结论:对肝肾不足型膝关节骨性关节炎患者采用中医补肾壮筋汤治疗,可逐渐改善病情,疗效确切,应用价值高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Zhuangjin decoction(补肾壮筋汤) in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joints with deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods:78 cases of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis patients treated in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the research subjects,on the premise of case research and treatment knowledge,the patients were divided into Chinese medicine group[40 cases,Bushen Zhuangjin decoction(补肾壮筋汤)]and the control group (38 cases,the conventional western medicine therapy) according to the treatment order by using the method of random table,after 2 months of treatment,the comprehensive effect of two groups of patients was evaluated.Results:After two months of treatment,the improvement of WOMAC osteoarthrosis index and VAS score in the TCM group was better than that in the control group (P<0).05);In addition,the excellent therapeutic rate of the TCM group (82.5%) was significantly higher than 52.6% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Zhuangjin decoction(补肾壮筋汤) could gradually improve the condition of patients with knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney.
