中西医结合治疗小儿荨麻疹的临床体会

Clinical experience of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of urticaria in children

目的:探讨小儿荨麻疹应用中西医结合治疗的有效方法。方法:将2017年3月-2018年3月在我院皮肤科治疗的80例小儿荨麻疹患儿随机分为两组,对照组常规服用氯雷他定治疗,在此基础上观察组使用消风散加减治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、皮疹改善情况、复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后风团大小、风团数目、瘙痒、皮肤划痕等症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组风团形荨麻疹、血疹形荨麻疹、丘疹形荨麻疹等复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿荨麻疹应用中西医结合治疗的效果显著,症状缓解快,复发率低,小儿使用安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the effective method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of urticaria in children.Methods:80 cases of pediatric urticaria treated in the department of dermatology of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was routinely treated with cloretadine.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Modified Xiaofeng powder,and the clinical efficacy,skin rash improvement and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment was 97.5% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 77.5% in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the size,number,itching,skin scratches and other symptoms of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The recurrence rates of anemocluster urticaria,blood rash urticaria and papular urticaria in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined treatment of urticaria in children had significant effect,rapid symptom relief,low recurrence rate,high safety in children,which was of positive clinical significance.
