乳腺癌不同时期形神变化特征及中药治疗规律研究

Study on the characteristics of changes of body and spirit in different stages of breast cancer and the treatment rules of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:研究乳腺癌不同时期形神变化特点及中药用药规律。方法:收集以乳腺癌为第一诊断住院的患者,并按病程将其分为4期,对各期形神损伤及中药用药情况进行统计分析。结果:115例患者按病情轻重分为4期,预防复发转移期78例,带瘤生存早期13例,带瘤生存晚期17例,临终期7例;形伤、神伤程度均呈逐渐加重趋势,形伤加重程度更高。各期中药治神所占比例均高于治形和形神兼治所占比例,随着病程进展治形比例逐渐减少,配合化疗时更少。呈现出预防/早期在肿瘤消失/缩小的基础上追求形神绝对或接近绝对统一,临终/晚期以维护生存质量为中心的追求形神相对或接近相对统一两个趋势。结论:治疗神伤为首要和始终如一,治疗形伤与化疗高、中强度和疾病严重进展成反比。

objective:To study the characteristics of body and spirit changes in different stages of breast cancer and the rule of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods:Patients with breast cancer who were first diagnosed in our hospital were collected and divided into four stages according to its course.Statistical analysis was carried out for its effect on the body and spirit changes and Chinese medicine treatment characteristics.Results:115 patients were divided into 4 phases by severity.There were 78 cases of recurrence and metastasis,13 cases of early cancer survival,17 cases of late cancer survival and 7 cases of terminal disease;The degree of body and spirit injury was gradually increased,and the degree of body injury was higher.In each stage,the proportion of Chinese medicine in treating the mental state was higher than that in treating both the body and spirit.With the progression of the disease,the proportion of the body change is gradually reduced,and even less when combined with chemotherapy.Presenting prevention/early pursuit of absolute or near-absolute unity was based on tumor disappearance/reduction,the end-stage/late-stage was in pursuit of the quality of life and centered on the relative or near-relative unity of the body and spirit.Conclusion:The treatment of spirit injury was the primary and consistent treatment,and the treatment of body injury was inversely proportional to the high, medium intensity of chemotherapy and the serious progress of the disease.
