摘要
目的:探讨分析汉黄芩素对人肝癌HepG2细胞凋亡的影响。方法:以人肝癌HepG2细胞为研究对象,利用浓度为0、20、40、80、160μmol/L的汉黄芩素作用于人肝癌HepG2细胞,分析人肝癌HepG2细胞的存活情况。结果:汉黄芩素40、80、160浓度组的检测570nm波长均高于黄芩素0μmol/L浓度组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但汉黄芩素20浓度组与0浓度组对比,则无统计学意义(P>0.05);汉黄芩素40、80、160μmol/L浓度组的抑制率均高于汉黄芩素0μmol/L浓度组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但汉黄芩素20浓度组与0μmol/L浓度组对比,则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:汉黄芩素可有效抑制人肝癌HepG2细胞的增殖情况,具有明显的抗肿瘤效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of baicalin on apoptosis of HepG2 cells in human hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods: Human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells were studied.Baicalin at concentrations of 0,20,40,80,160 μmol/L was applied to HepG2 cells to analyze the survival of HepG2 cells.Result:The wavelength of 570 nm in the 40,80 and 160 concentration group of baicalin was higher than that in the 0 concentration group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).However,there was no statistical significance between the concentration group of baicalin 20 and the concentration group of baicalin 0 (P > 0.05).The inhibition rates of baicalin 40,80 and 160 concentration groups were higher than those of baicalin 0 concentration group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).However,there was no statistical significance between the concentration group of baicalin 20 and the concentration group of baicalin 0 (P > 0.05).Conclusion:Baicalin could effectively inhibit the proliferation of HepG2 cells in human liver cancer,and it had significant anti-tumor effect.
