中药调剂中处方分析的价值分析

The value of prescription analysis in traditional Chinese medicine

目的:探讨中药调剂中处方分析的价值。方法:回顾分析2017年5月-2018年9月接收的200例中药治疗患者,划分为对照组与观察组,每组各100例,对照组运用常规处理,观察组添加中药处方分析,分析不同处理后用药安全不良事件、药物不良反应发生频次、患者满意度等情况。结果:在用药安全不良事件、药物不良反应发生频次发生率方面,观察组为1%和2%,显著低于对照组8%和10%,两组数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者满意率方面,观察组为98%,显著多于对照组87%,两组数据对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药调剂中处方分析可以有效的提升中药调剂质量,减少用药不良事件与药物不良反应,提升患者治疗满意度。

Objective:To explore the value of prescription analysis in Chinese medicine preparation.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 200 patients with traditional Chinese medicine treatment was divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The observation group was added with traditional Chinese medicine prescription analysis to analyze the effects of different treatments.Results:In terms of drug safety, adverse events and frequency of drug side effects,it was 1% VS 8% and 2% VS 10%,P<0.05;in terms of patient satisfaction rate,it was 98% vs 87%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The prescription analysis in traditional Chinese medicine could effectively improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce adverse drug reactions and side effects,and improve patient satisfaction.
