体质量指数与不孕症患者性激素六项水平的相关性分析

Correlation between body mass index and the levels of six kind of sex hormones in infertility patients

目的探讨体质量指数(BMI)与不孕症患者性激素六项水平的相关性,为预防不孕症的发生提供理论依据。方法以2018年在太原市中心医院就诊的112例不孕症患者作为研究对象,收集一般人口学特征、身高、体质量等资料,检测患者血清性激素六项水平:促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)、催乳素(PRL),通过双变量相关分析体质量指数与不孕症患者性激素六项水平的相关性。结果BMI与LH浓度呈负相关(r=-0.317,P<0.05),与其他性激素FSH、E2、T、P、PRL均无相关性(P均>0.05)。结论本项研究表明体质量指数可能与不孕者性激素LH之间有负相关存在,未来有必要进一步研究以阐明其中潜在的机制。

Objective To investigate the correlation between body mass index (BMI) and the levels of six kind of sex hormones in infertility patients, and to provide a theoretical basis for prevention of infertility. Methods A total of 112 infertility patients who were treated in Taiyuan Central Hospital in 2018 were selected as subjects to collect general demographic characteristics, height and weight, and to detect the levels of six kind of sex hormones: follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol (E2), testosterone(T), progesterone(P), and prolactin(PRL). The correlation between body mass index and hormone levels in infertility patients was analyzed by bivariate correlation. Results There was a negative correlation between BMI and LH (r=-0.317, P<0.05), and no correlation with other sex hormones (FSH, E2, T, P and PRL)(P all>0.05). Conclusion This study suggests that there is a negative correlation between body mass index and LH in infertile patients, and it is necessary to further study in the future to clarify the underlying mechanisms.
