振幅整合脑电图波谱带变化评估早产儿脑发育状况的临床意义 被引量:7

摘要 随着医疗技术的不断进步,早产儿生存率获得了显著提升。早产儿由于各脏器官尤其是大脑发育不成熟,易引发出生后脑损伤[1]。临床上若待早产儿已经出现脑损伤明显症状后再行诊断,可引发早产儿远期神经系统损伤,导致智力发育障碍,甚至脑瘫[2]。
