我国农村社会的法治精神培育

农村法治建设是我国法治建设重要组成部分,是法治现代化的重要路径。法治精神作为农村法治建设的重要之维,在促进村民法治行为、保障村民自治实施、维系农村和谐社会等方面有独特功效。现实中,受传统人治社会的遗风、农村熟人社会的情风、村民法律认知低下、农村法治权威缺失等因素制约,我国农村社会的法治精神缺失问题较为突出。结合理论与现实,培育农村社会的法治精神,需从强化法治权威的震慑保障、拓展法治素养的基础作用、激活关键少数的法治引领、涵养尊法守法的法治氛围等方面努力。

The construction of the cause of the rule of law within rural areas is an important component of construction in this area in China,a vital path to modernization of the rule of law.This,as an important dimension of construction of rule of law in rural areas,is of unique effectiveness in facilitating legal actions,safeguarding autonomy of the villagers and maintaining harmony in rural areas.Restricted by the legacy of dictatorship,the mode of affection between acquaintances,and the absence of the sense of the rule of law in reality,the awareness of the rule of law is quite prominent here.Theoretical factors comprehensively considered with reality,efforts are to be made from strengthening the authority of the rule of law,enhancing the fundamental function of legal quality,activating the guiding function of the vital few and nurturing the legal atmosphere for abiding by laws.
