摘要
文章针对高铁运架设备的设计需要,对轮胎式搬运机进行了性能分析研究,具体对900吨轮胎式MODEL900A的结构,采用大型有限元软件ALGOR建立有限元模型,在主要工况下通过加载计算分析强度和刚度,进行分析和比较,得出了其性能分析结论,为搬运机结构参数设计提供理论依据。文章所用的方法和结论对高铁运架设备及其相关领域研究有一定的实际应用价值。
In order to meet the design requirements of lifting and transportation equipment of high-speed railway,the performance analysis of the wheel tyre carrying equipment was introduced in this paper.Specifically,the structure of 900 t-Wheel Tyre Carrying equipment MODEL900A was taken as analyzed object,The FEM is established by using the large-scale finite element software ALGOR.The strength and stiffness are analyzed and compared by loading calculation under the main working conditions.The conclusion of performance analysis was produced which is helpful to determination the structural parameters of the Lifting and transportation equipment.The methods and conclusions produced in this paper have certain practical application value for the research of high-speed railway transport equipment and related fields.
