摘要 目的分析尿微量白蛋白与尿肌酐比值(ACR)在糖尿病肾病诊断中的价值。方法选取2016年1月-2017年12月我院收治80例确诊为糖尿病肾病患者(研究组,n=80),并选择80名健康体检人员(对照组,n=80)作为研究对象,对以上两组研究对象进行尿微量白蛋白(MALB)、尿肌酐(SCR)以及尿微量白蛋白与尿肌酐比值(ACR)测定,并采用统计学分析两组差异。结果研究组患者MALB、SCR及ACR明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ACR检测在诊断早期糖尿病肾病中具有重要意义,能够指导患者进行治疗方案的选择并评估预后。 Objective To analyze the value of urine microalbumin and urinary creatinine ratio (ACR) in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods From Janyary 2016 to December 2017, 80 patients diagnosed as diabetic nephropathy (study group, n=80) were enrolled in our hospital as study subjects, and 80 healthy physical examination personnel (control group, n=80) were selected as the study subjects. In the control group, urinary microalbumin (MALB), urinary creatinine (SCR), and urine microalbumin and urinary creatinine ratio (ACR) were measured in the above two groups of subjects, and statistical analysis was used to analyze the differences between the two groups. Results The patients in the study group had significantly higher levels of MALB, SCR, and ACR than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion ACR testing is of great significance in diagnosing early diabetic nephropathy and can guide patients to choose treatment options and evaluate prognosis.
