孕早期结合超声学诊断对唐氏综合征早期筛查的临床效果研究

摘要 目的探讨唐氏综合征早期筛查中实施孕早期结合超声学诊断的临床效果。方法对产科1,563例实施孕早期产检的孕妇(2015年1月-2018年12月)实施研究,对所有孕妇孕早期均实施孕早期血清学指标(血清游离人体绒膜促性腺激素β-hCG、PAPPA妊娠相关蛋白A)检查及合超声学检查(颈项透明层NT厚度),以羊水穿刺检测为准,分析总结不同诊断方式对唐氏综合征的早期筛查效果。结果实施血清学指标与超声学联合诊断的敏感性显著高于血清学指标单独检测、超声学单独检测(P<0.05)。实施血清学指标单独检测、超声学单独检测、两者联合检测的特异性、准确性对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论唐氏综合征早期筛查中实施孕早期结合超声学诊断可减少漏诊。
